“Mary is superbly good …”
Maybe it’s an elevator pitch for a networking meeting, or maybe you’ve just got to introduce yourself at some upcoming work events.
Or perhaps you’ve got a big event coming up and you need to stand up, speak, and be memorable (for the right reasons!)
Whatever the occasion, it’s important to get it right.
Your communication is a reflection of you and your style … but do you know what messages you’re sending out? What you intend and what other people pick up on may not always be in alignment. This is where it is so important to have professional coaching.
As the saying goes, you never get a second chance to make a first impression, and when you can present yourself with confidence, a whole host of benefits follow.
I am a professional presentations trainer and coach with 20 years experience. I have had training in NLP techniques to support a calm and confident delivery, and aid with anxiety. My coaching speciality is working with voice and accent. I have worked with non-native speakers, and those with barriers to learning.
While I do not usually believe in changing someone’s accent or natural voice, I do feel that clear diction and effective use of tone and timbre is the difference between a great speech and an instantly forgettable one. To put it another way, it’s not so much what you say, but how you say it!
“Mary always makes a lot of effort.”
Why not message me for an informal no-obligations chat? We can discuss what you want to say and how we can master a delivery style which creates the impression you wish to achieve. (Note: I will not save your email address, sell it on, or spam you with unwanted sales emails. ‘No obligations’ means exactly what it says!)
