Personal Performance Coaching

“Whether you think you can, or whether you think you can’t, you are right.”

Would you like to …

  • Get crystal clear on what you actually want right now?
  • Get some direction for a creative project or business idea you want to work on?
  • Identify any limiting beliefs that hold you back …
  • … and realistically manage any challenges to achieving what you want?
  • Stop worrying about fear, rejection, and failure?
  • Reprogramme your mind’s negative automatic thoughts?
  • Develop a growth mindset so you know for certain that nothing can stand in your way?

Yes? Well, carry on reading …

Effective performance coaching transforms lives.

It is the most powerful way of unlocking ability and performance, allowing you to overcome almost any limiting belief and realise your full potential.

Put very simply, coaching is a process that aims to improve performance and focus. An experienced coach helps you make positive changes by working with the ‘here and now’ and the tools available to you at the moment, rather than thinking about what could or might happen at some point in the future.

As the Henry Ford quote at the top of the page suggests, your own mind is the most powerful tool you own with which to transform your life – it may just need a bit of recalibrating sometimes!

Why should I choose you as my coach?

As a former senior level HR professional, teacher, and business owner I have worked in the UK and abroad. I understand the pressures and challenges that managers, aspiring entrepreneurs, and business owners face, and how overwhelming and – frankly – lonely and demoralising it can sometimes be. I have experience of working with both adults and teenagers in a wide variety of settings, and with an extremely wide scope of life experiences and challenges.  I have qualifications in business and leadership. And, most importantly, I have a passion for helping others break free of their limitations, and realise their potential. I have been described as ‘down to earth‘ and ‘kind and friendly‘ and ‘wow, you’re good!’.

So, what happens in a coaching session?

Sessions typically take place face-to-face at my workspace in the City of York, or online via Skype.

During our session I use the GROW model as our framework. I will ask you questions about your goals and what might be realistically stopping you from achieving them. We can then look closely at the options, and work out a detailed and benchmarked plan to take you forward.

I will follow up all meetings with a full email detailing what we discussed and what our next steps are.

Great, I’m interested. What do I do now?

Please fill out my no-obligations contact form with and I will come back to you, usually within 24 hours.

After our initial contact, and if I feel I can help you, I will offer you a free 30 minute coaching session where we can get to know each other further, discuss what you want to achieve, and see if I’m the person who can help make it happen for you.

(Note: I will not save your email address without your express permission, sell it on, or spam you with unwanted sales emails. ‘No obligations’ means exactly what it says.)

I look forward to speaking with you!
