Mary Donne Trainer Curly Hair ProjectI have had extensive training in NLP, and coaching and mentoring techniques, and have created and delivered programmes in these subjects for businesses.

I began my HR career at media giant Universal Studios. I then spent three years as Co-Owner and Director of a successful entertainment company, in my hometown of London, where I managed festivals and rock gigs, working with musicians and performers.

During my business career I have had the privilege of working with McCann London (previously McCann Erickson Advertising)Channel 4 Television, Film4 Limited, and Flextech Television (now Living TV Group).

After relocating to beautiful North Yorkshire I became a teacher. Since then, I have gone on to work with a diverse range of young learners and adults including non-English speakers, and those with specific challenges to learning and development.
